Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enrollments, bookings, and participation in Naomi Classik Academy programs and sessions.
1. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment or booking is confirmed only upon full payment. Prices are as displayed at checkout; confirmed enrollments are honored at the price paid. Failed, reversed, or charged-back payments void the enrollment or booking.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Enrollments and bookings are personal and non-transferable without written approval from the Naomi Classik team.
3. Rescheduling
Classes and sessions may only be moved forward, and only in cases of serious health conditions or unforeseen circumstances, which must be clearly communicated to the team in advance through official channels. Rescheduled private sessions must fall within the booking's validity window unless an extension is approved in writing. Missed sessions without prior communication ("no-shows") are forfeited after a 15-minute grace period.
4. Attendance & Participation
Punctuality is required. Where recordings of group classes are provided, they are a courtesy, not a substitute for attendance requirements.
5. Practicals & Assignments
All practicals and assignments must be completed and submitted as instructed. We are not liable for lack of improvement where due process — attendance, practice, and assignment submission — has not been followed. Certificates are issued only where completion criteria (attendance and assignments) and full payment are met.
6. Vocal Health & Safety
You must disclose any known vocal or respiratory health conditions before training. Stop immediately and inform your coach if you feel pain or strain. We are not responsible for vocal damage arising from practices we did not recommend, or from exceeding the pitches, volumes, or durations we have safely guided you to. Vocal training is not medical treatment; for medical concerns, consult a qualified professional (e.g., an ENT specialist).
7. Training Methodology
For the duration of your program, we ask that you set aside other vocal methods and techniques not backed by our knowledge and/or practice, so that your progress can be effectively and safely tracked.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, recordings, drills, and curricula are the intellectual property of Naomi Classik / Classik Empire. They may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or redistributed. Recording of live classes or private sessions without written consent is prohibited.
9. Media & Testimonials
Group sessions and events may be recorded. By participating you consent to reasonable use of class imagery for program documentation; use of your individual likeness or testimonial in marketing requires your opt-in, which you may give or withdraw at registration or by writing to us.
10. Conduct
Respectful conduct is required in all classes, sessions, and community spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
11. Communication
Official communication is via the email address and/or WhatsApp line provided at registration. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.
12. Minors
Participants under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
13. Our Scheduling Changes
We may occasionally reschedule classes due to circumstances beyond our control (including the host's ministry commitments); we will communicate promptly and provide a make-up date. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded with your enrollment.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with the team.
